"Clean. What's unfortunate is my first two stays we exceptional. The staff friendliness has gone down. Breakfast has gone down. It's a shame."

"This hotel is outdated. The rooms are hard to keep clean bc of normal wear and tear. The sheets don’t even fit the king beds. So each morning I woke with part of the bed exposed. Location is what attracts folks to this property but it is challenging to say the least. We experienced down elevators, broken gates in the parking garage and bubbling toilets and every time we turned on the faucets there was a grumbling loud noise. "Stayed there for 5 nights. The cleaning crew only cleaned my room once and that was on the day before I left. Not impressed. Otherwise, it was fine. Commensurate with the price"

"We booked our stay well in advance for a family event. Checked in early, and was told a crib for our infant would be up in a few minutes. Two hours later at the crib did not arrive. We stopped by the front desk again and they told us the crib would be right up another hour later they told us they would have to check with another hotel to borrow a crib. Another hour and a half later, they told us that we would not be able to get a crib. What were we supposed to do with our infant? They advise...

"Took awhile to unclog my toilet in the morning and woke me up out of my sleep."

"Normally I have nothing bad to say about this property. However, this time my toilet wasn’t working properly. I went to the front desk and reported. A mechanic/plumber came to fix ur. He said he fixed it. Next thing you know, it’s not fixed. So every time I had to go to the bathroom, I had to stick my hand inside the tank to flush it. Not something I wanted to do!"

"This Hilton Fairfax location is in the Fair Lakes area of Fairfax County, VA. It’s quietly located amongst corporate offices, but is in walking distance to a variety of restaurants and retail shopping options. The hotel is definitely a top tier accommodation, very clean, comfortable, and high-end amenities. Employees were very professional, courteous, and customer service centric. Great place for a short or longer stay. Highly recommend this Hilton Fairfax for the value!"
