Valentina and Pietro were both amazing. Property location was perfect. Clean, different and facilities were excellent. Loved the fact that Valentina kept in touch all through our stay and sent helpful guides and map to us. Also lovely pictures of Lucca. We will return.

We received great instructions from Amina on how to access the room which were easy to follow. If arriving in the day, the ground floor is where a lovely flower shop is, then up a lift. There are then 9 easy steps down to where the room is located. This was our 4th stop on our trip and by far the best room. Although in the centre of everything, the room is super quiet, modern, with a lovely-sized bathroom & powerful shower and great WiFi. We would highly recommend and will definitely return...

The hotel and location immerse you in Florentine history - you can ask no more. The location looks towards the piazza full of restaurants and 2 minutes from Palazzo Vecchio and the Uffizi- a couple of minutes more takecyou to il Duomo and the Galleria The staff are so helpful and I recommend taking time at breakfast - you will meet fellow travellers and share and learn much across the table !

Gorgeous owner, so organised and friendly at the same time. Loved the room, spotless and not your typical hotel room. Breakfast great and we enjoyed the courtyard setting in the shade. Highly recommend and may return with husband in the future.

Rooms clean, excellent showers. Air conditioning worked well in all the rooms, keeping a constant temperature. Swimming pool very useful. Had to use towels from room to go to pool 😟, unless you paid extra for replacements. All in all though great find, and location was perfect to head out to Pisa via the train.

Located through a huge arched doorway into a small courtyard, the lift up to the reception on the second floor is on your right. We arrived slightly early but were able to check in straight away - we even got an upgrade to a superior room. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel extremely comfortable. A lovely, well appointed room That hotel’s position is incredible and we really had a room with a view. The bed was very comfortable. Good, generous breakfast. We had a lot of communication beforehand as we had booked a paling space. We were given detailed instructions for this. Highly recommend.
