"We had a great stay here as the first stop on our honeymoon. Our room was amazing and all staff members were so kind and helpful. My favorite parts were the delicious in-room breakfast service and our incredible massage! An Adepa driver picked us up from the airport and the hotel was also great about helping us book a driver to get around while we were there and even get to our next destination in Bali. Special shoutout to Wira for being a great driver and educating us on so many special...

"I enjoyed my stay at the Rishi Villa. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, frequently checking in on us, especially since it was my daughter's and my first visit to Bali. There was always someone available to help. The location is convenient, with a supermarket just a minute's walk away and small shops around the corner. The area is quiet, and the pool is nice and clean."

"The property and WOTIF falsely advertise the property. There was no roof top restaurant, bar or room service. I was given a 2 bedroom apartment. The kitchen had no crockery, cutlery or cleaning equipment and the sink and tap area were not clean. The bathroom had towels that were old, stained, thin, small and of poor quality. There was no soap provided in the bathrooms. The bedrooms were adequate but again, there sheeting and covers were stained and main bed was very hard. There was no air...
