"We had a great experience here, the hotel is in a very convenient location that was easily walkable for two of us from the train station with all of our luggage. The service was great, we were pleasantly surprised with all the updates to our room, and also really enjoyed the breakfast."

"This property is beautiful, well maintained and well staffed. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and comfortable and most important in June, they have great air conditioning! The location was good, close to train station which is great as getting around with bags might otherwise be difficult. Our stay was too short but we enjoyed it greatly! "

"Murano is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle of Venice and this hotel has a water taxi stop right out front. There are limited and pricey food options around so make sure you eat beforehand in Venice or venture out for dinner by 7. There’s also a Coop grocery store a block down the street if you need snacks. The Hyatt rooms are very spacious—more of a North American size. The buffet breakfast is pricey but good (and may or may not be included in the stay...

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We flew in for a cruise and stayed a couple of days before and after with two separate visits. Shuttle picked us up from the airport and carried us back - small fee to do so - similar to Uber transportation. Hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the restaurant was great. Many locals eat here; at night it was always busy. We had a family of four and were able to stay here in one room. Highly recommend this hotel."
