"All of the staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. I am a walking paraplegic that uses assistive devices, and I never once felt like I was not going to be able to do something. There is a lift to get into the pool, and they offer wheelchairs to use on the beach. If you’re ever worried about vacation because of a disability, I cannot recommend this place enough."

"Nice hotel recently built in 2025. The staff was very helpful and if theirs rooms available you'll be able to check in early at 1p for $30. They also provide beach towels and two beach lounge chairs with umbrella at the 17th St life guard tower which is a 5 minute walk. Valet is available for around $45/day or street parking across the street but that costs more per day. Rooftop pool also available. I would recommend this hotel, it's clean and staff is friendly and helpful"

"The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Location is great, just one block from the beach and Ocean Drive. Breakfast was fair, had the usual continental staples. While the room and property were clean, the hotel just seems tired and run down. The rooms are in need of a face-lift. Also, our room was extremely small. It was ok for our one night stay, but longer than that may be uncomfortable."
