"The hotel was great but the experience with the Porter Airline was horrible they charge us for carry on luggage and expidia said it was included crazy like I end paying 145 usd plus 62 usd just for carry on luggage from now on I will never book with expidia or porter airlines"

"I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell.
My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day. Too much...

"Loved almost everything about this resort!! The staff were top notch in our opinion and the property was gorgeous. Lots of food and drink options and the shows were fun. We loved the club at night too! Our only complaint was the fitness center. It’s way too small for an adult only resort. They should look at the Hyatt Ziva Cap Cana property for what a fitness facility at this level should be like. It was too small and not nearly enough equipment."

Now… the only thing that threw me off was eating breakfast while other guests were casually strolling around in the nude like it was a National Geographic special. It was my first au naturel experience, and let’s just say watching people prance around naked while I’m trying to enjoy eggs wasn’t exactly my personal vacation fantasy.
