"Property is maintained cleaned at all times. The staff is friendly and helpful. Having the Privilege upgrade was the best thing we could’ve done as we have great perks. Specially getting a lounge pool chair easily and fast. Only thing we did not enjoy was the breakfast at the Privilege lounge.
Our butler Elizabeth was amazing !"

"We went with a large friend group 19 of us in total. The resort was perfect for us, everyone enjoyed it (44-68). All the staff were amazing. The resort was very clean and well maintained. The daily room refresh always made our room very clean.
Within our group we did three different excursions booked through Margarita. Our group thoroughly enjoyed them. Tulum+Cenotes, Catamaran, Reef Snorkeling.
