"I had a really nice and comfortable stay. Berenice at the spa was amazing. Opdulia was such a pleasure at breakfast. Manuel made the best drinks by the beach. Carlos did too by the pool. Everyone was just so nice and went out of their way to make sure we were having a great time. The rooms are a little outdated. I’d work on that. But that’s my only complaint. "

"Overall the property is stunning! Great amenities and so spacious. Had a fabulous time. A few items I wish was available: 1) Food by the pool instead of only drinks. 2) Face/body washcloths should be automatically available in the bathrooms. Had to call every day to request since housekeeping took them away each time. 3) Ventilation in the bathrooms is needed. 4) Door by the shower would be nice."

"lets just start with one word, STAFF!!!I have never stayed at any resort anywhere in the world with such an amazing staff, this was my first time and definitley will be back because of them, is it everything ?no , what can be worked in is the beach loungers , they are horrible and old , need to be more comfortable on that beautiful beach, second the pools need some work , and lastley the food at breakfast was not good , always look forwars to breakfast and had to settle with pbandj sandwich ,...
