"The rooms are nothing as displayed on the website. The front desk staff are not transparent on their policies- we were not told that ATV rides were at a cost and only charged at checkout. For the prices they barely have any toiletries in the shower- not even and iron. "Hugely disappointing stay here. Beautiful communal areas but rooms were very dark, small and we could hear everything from the room next door. Attention to detail was sadly lacking. A card in the room addressed to someone else, no bedside table on one side, lack of comfortable seating. The vacated tables at breakfast not cleared and were attracting hordes of squirrels. We have stayed in far better lodges at half the price. "
