I also am lucky that the hotel was not too crowded which made it feel so much more luxe. Will definitely recommend and come again.."

"L’hotel est très bien et grandeur parfaite pour un petit séjour relaxant. Tout est à moins de 5 minutes de marche et on adore. Les chambres sont bien et les lits confortables. La nourriture est bonne, varié et étant sans gluten nous avons pu avoir de quoi à tous les repas sans complications, même des pâtes. La plage est superbe et plusieurs chaises longues et palapas disponibles, aux dates que nous étions."

"The property is clean. You can tell is a bit older. Food is good. But they advertise is a place to have fun and party and thats not the case. Nothing to do after 11pm I belive it's more of a relaxing and family resort.. overall for a budget friendly get away is not a bad choice."

"Our view from the 10th floor, Preferred Club room was stunning. Best food we ate was breakfast at Olios-French Toast. Drinks, meh....Patron was not visible, had to ask for it repeatedly, it seemed to be put away. Havana Club always had about an inch in the bottom of the bottle. Top Shelf liquor was hard to come by. Resort was clean, our room attendant did a great job. Overall vibe was okay. Abraham at the Preferred Club Pool was a Rock Star ⭐. Other than him, no one else stood out . I...
