"First the receptionist was nice greeting us. After we refused her persuasion tonupgrade the room, she was super cold to us. When we asked question about breakfast and stuff she replied hesitantly. The room was clean but the smoke smell was really bad eventhough we booked the non-smoking room. We ordered Uber eats. You have to make sure you can receive it by yourself because mine were gone without no hotel staff knew or even care about it. I would not stay here again in the future."

"The stay was excellent! This hotel is located in the strip, however, is different from the others. Smaller cassino and not as crowded. We joked this is a smoke free and herd free property! Only steps away from the bigger hotels and casinos. Well located! Guests there can either enjoy the property not at all crowded pools or use the pool complex of MGM Grand.
