"The room was well equipped, spacious and comfortable, and staff eere friendly and helpful. We were very pleased with the location of the hotel, very handy to Hanmersmith Station. The was some dampness in the carpet outside the door to the bathroom, but staff promised to take care of this once I mentioed it to them. We did not have breakfast in the hotel, as we had to check out early."

"We checked in quite late on the day of our stay to be told we had been upgraded to a suite which was a nice surprise! Room was huge and had a bedroom, living room, dining area. Bathroom was nice. Furniture is okd fashioned but I like old style furniture and gives the hotel a different vibe to modern ones. Room was clean, comfortable and curtains were grewt for blocking out light. It is a good location near kensington high street. We had dinner at flat iron which was great. Theres a self service shop in reception which is good. Theres no bar.
Our room was on the side of the train line but that didnt bother us.
Overall a great stay and I would stay again if i needed that side of london."
"Tiny, but packs a punch! Super clean, lovely decor, finishes and materials. Ultra modern light switches and mood lighting. Comfortable bed and decent pillows."
"I truly enjoyed my stay here and would definitely return in the future. Very close to various restaurants, bus stop and tube. Only downside to the property is that it doesn't have a lift so you'll have to carry those bags upstairs, but other than that awesome property and staff."
