"This was truly an amazing experience from start to finish. This was my first solo trip out of the country. I’m a 30 year-old single female. from the time you step onto the resort, you are welcomed with good energy and a drink; there are so many good things to say I don’t know where to start. The food was delicious. The staff were so friendly always ready to accommodate. The overall energy and experience was 10/10. I’m planning my next trip right now and quite frankly I just want to go back here. I would also recommend booking one of the excursions through the hotel I went on a boat ride to Sanoa Island and it was to die for. Thanks for the great memories xoxo"

"The room I was given had no hot water, and there was a terrible smell on my first night. I had to go to another room to take a shower and cover my nose with a mask for the whole night. They only changed my room on the second day, and there was no compensation. The location is also very poor—it’s right in the middle of a construction site. When you open the door, you can see workers operating just about 50 yards away on top of a two-story structure. There’s nowhere to go nearby, and the shopping area is on the other side of the highway. Do not be misled by the photo they post."

"Room had a strange smell, when we got there. It took some time with AC blowing for smell to disappear. Wi-Fi not great at all kept going in and out. "

"My friend and I stayed for three days, and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We received the room two hours late because it hadn’t been cleaned yet. We never had direct communication with the host and were never given an access code to enter the room. If it hadn’t been for the building’s doorman, we would have been left outside. On top of that, the internet was very poor and barely worked. The shower had almost no water pressure, and to make matters worse, the power went out one night and we had to find someone to help us reconnect it. Overall, it was a very disappointing stay. "
