"The Meru er intet mindre end et fantastisk sted. Vi har rejst mange steder i Asien på 5 stjernede hoteller, men har ALDRIG mødt så sublim service som på The Meru. Personalet vil gøre alt for, at du har det godt og du føler dig virkeligt værdsat. De har en butler-service, som hjalp os med alt fra ekstra rengøring, transport til indpakning af figurer i træ vi havde købt, så de kunne gå direkte i bagagen på flyet. Vi nød maksimalt alle 8 dage vi boede her.

"We really enjoyed our stay for 4 nights The beachside loungers, pool,The Breakfast options were fantastic , location spot on had lunch and dinner at the Restaurant food was great and we didn’t eat Western food very happy hope to be a repeat guest

"On arrive we found our room to be a bit dark and the doors, although beautiful, had a 2 inch gap either side which concerned me due to the mosquitos that had bitten us in the previous location. I made my concerns known and we were offered a new room which instantly felt better. The staff were amazing about this and it did not seem to be a problem at all. The room was a good size for us two and our teenage son. Cleaned each day, with fresh towels and three bottles of water were left in the room...
"This hotel is located in the middle of rice field. The staff are polite, swim pool are beautiful and clean, Really peaceful. Breakfast is tasty.

I find the service quality consistent across the different places, a unique experience I have not found with other hotels I stayed. Compared to our first stay at Andaz Bali, my breakfast experience was greatly improved. There was so little waiting time for my orders unlike the first time when it took quite a while waiting time. Good improvement. Will definitely stay again here."
"Second time staying at this property. The rooms are a great size, the showers are amazing and the pool is perfect. The staff is really nice. I would recommend this place. It’s about 15 mins away from Ubud center but no problem if you have your moto"
"So close to the beach. Easy progress from the bar to dining area . Very friendly staff from the check in to dining , bar and pool staff. Eager to please, especially there was likely to be a delay ay the airport ."
