"The staff was friendly and observant. The front desk called to check if we needed room service. Without us saying anything, the concierge told two customers to smoke by the porte cochere so that they would be away from us in the open air lobby. The room, restaurant, pool, lobby and gym were very clean. Breakfast had a good spread of local and western varieties. "The hotel was nice. The addition of their spa was great and we took advantage of that. The view from the fifth floor to the beach and the pool set up was very nice. We only had one meal last night there at the hotel and unfortunately, we’re very disappointed. We had ribs which we had been tasting and comparing over the two weeks in Bali. All of them were good except unfortunately this location other than that everything else is a plus and I would recommend it."

"I stay at this hotel quite a lot. I have children who live in Yogyakarta and when visiting every 6 months or so I am required to spend a night before and after in Bali and this hotel serves my needs to perfection. I was fortunate this time around to be staying there when the hotel had their bbq night. This is an all you can eat bbq buffet as well as a group of dancers performing some kind of fire dance. Great meal and performance that is well worth the cost. I usually try to book a pool side...

"Check in is fine, the amenities inside room very limited just only toothbrush. The shower gel and shampoo isn’t being added and replace. When you’re asking something from housekeeping, ypu have to remind several times, pls more attentive on those kinda of matter since this is 4 star hotel"
