My boyfriend and I decided to stay at this resort for our first vacation and it did not disappoint. The food was incredible and the service was outstanding. We particularly appreciated the water purification as we did not hesitate to drink the water or brush our teeth. The staff was extremely helpful and nobody was pushy. The online booking for a restaurants can be a little tricky, but we were able to find a table last minute at most places.

Small quiet resort (pool area is loud but beach is quiet, not a lot of entertainment but I don't care about that as I'm there to relax and recharge), very clean, great service. Food is average, drinks are good. Love the beach bar. Plenty of shade at the beach but need to go reserve chairs early. That part is a bummer and shouldn't be allowed. This was our second stay and I would go again because overall it's a great value.

Staff was outstanding. The biggest issue was the quality of the food. It was always disappointing and at times it was difficult to eat.l the company should focus on reducing portion size and use the cost savings to improve the quality.

Great size rooms and one of the cleanliness resorts I've been too. The shows are amazing if your kids can stay up until 10 please make sure you check out the shows. Drinks at the lobby bar are top notch. Everywhere else drinks are 4 star. Food is also 4 star. Tbh we ended up going to the buffet after every restaurant. Buffet was by far the best food in the resort. Beach is beautiful!!! Pools are super cold if it's overcast and cloudy you can't swim.

Room was spotless. Staff was courteous but not very knowledgeable about the amenities. The elevator was not working for most of the trip, very unfortunate. Overall we had a wonderful time!
