"We arrived in Cancún a day earlier than planned, so we booked one night at Ava Resort before transferring to our main stay. Honestly, after that one night, I kind of wished we had booked longer! "The staff was always smiling, the resort was beautiful and clean. Lots of restaurants, places to eat snacks and coffee. The pool staff was always coming around for drinks and to check on you. The beach was always clean. The rooms were always restocked and clean. They even turn down the beds at night! Golf carts to take you to different buildings was nice, lots of walking."

"We had a very pleasant experience at Paradisus Cancún. The resort is beautiful, very clean and well maintained, and the service throughout our stay was excellent. The staff was always friendly and attentive. We especially enjoyed the Japanese restaurant, which was one of the highlights of our stay. There are a couple of areas that I believe could be improved. I would recommend improving the overall quality and variety of the food, and especially offering better evening shows and entertainment....
