"Was impressed with this hotel. Quiet, modern, safe, right near Hammersmith station. The Premier Plus room was clean and well appointed. Breakfast was good quality for a large chain hotel. "

"Idéalement situé juste en face de la gare de Paddington cet hôtel vous permet d'accéder facilement au métro, train, mais aussi les navettes de bus vers l'aéroport de stansted et les bus touristiques. Il y a aussi pas mal de restaurants dans les parages et de magasins mais pour autant reste assez calme la nuit. Si vous avez des enfants n'hésitez pas à prendre le petit déjeuner vu qu'ils ne payent pas. "

"Great staff and accommodations met our needs. Location was 7 min walk to Paddington station. We were caught off guard the first night when we realized that the area was closed off after a certain hour around the hotel which required we go a long way around. The area near the hospital was a little suspect after hours. Overall, would highly recommend this location. "

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and nice. Very centrally located so close to tourist sites and trains. My only complaint is that the elevator was sometimes slow and a couple of times stopped working and the stair case to go up is kind of inconvenient. Other than that it was a good stay. The area is also safe but some nights can get a little noisy outside with loud cars. "
