"Close to the station and amenities, staff very helpful. We stayed in family room, beds were very comfortable, you could hear the tubes underground rumble a little bit, but that didn’t really bother us as we were out alot and they do stop. Would stay again."

"We had the room downstairs. There was barely room to walk around the bed. Thankfully we only had a backpack and carry on each as a large suitcase wouldn’t fit. It was adequate for one night but we have never staying in such a tiny space."

"We were visiting London and this hotel was the perfect location to walk or take the Tube to see the sites and go everywhere we needed to go. The staff was friendly and offered recommendations to us. The hotel offered multiple dining outlets from a quick breakfast to a fun bar/restaurant. We were there during the World Cup and they had a great watching parties. Highly recommend!"

"L'hôtel est proche du métro et des arrêts de bus, juste en face il y a une superette, très pratique. Dans l'hôtel il y a de la moquette partout au sol, même les escaliers, et il y règne une atmosphère intimiste. La chambre est impeccable."

"Good location. Helpful staff. Building is old and smells of mold in some areas. Room is smaller than "normal " Radissson, very small bathtub. However it has everything you need incl a fridge. The double bed was large and comfortable, huge duvet, 4 rather comfortable pillows. Nice touch: free refreshments in the lobby area."

"The hotel is in a convenient location and bed was comfortable, however is due for a refurbish. Fridge didn’t work, aircon was struggling and bathroom didn’t have a fan."

"The property was really nice. Staff amazing. My only critique is floors can be updated. A little outdated. I was on club floor 11. When my flight got cancelled I booked an extra night on a regular floor 4 which was nicer than the club floor. Loved daily breakfast included in club stay"

"Très petit hotel très sympathique et très propre mais sans ascenseur ni toilettes dans les chambres... Et cela existe encore à Londres comme en 1950-60 ... Une expérience !!! Et donc moins cher que les autres hôtels"

"Hotel was fully booked they gave us a room where air con was not working tv broken , gave us a free breakfast which was basic only nice thing was the coffee I am still awaiting a slight refund"
