"Great location that's walking distance to both Ueno Park/Zoo and Akihabara, but also far enough away that it's quiet when you'd want to be sleeping. It's not the closest ever to a train station but also the roads to get there are flat so it's not hard to drag a suitcase or two around. I found the bed to be very comfortable and the pillows to be firm but not uncomfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful!
