"This hotel's location was fantastic! Two minute walk to underground station and under 10 minute walk to Waterloo station (southwest railway) The view from our room was stunning; with views of the london eye and the Shard. The views of the city lights were just beautiful! There is a 24hr Convenience/gift store just steps from the hotel! The staff at this hotel were very friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay at the Marlin Waterloo again. "

"This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an excuse. If you want everyone to book directly from the hotel site, just dont work with third party agencies in the beginning. Got the standard room checked in at midnight and the furniture is very old. There is pieces of instant noodles and left over vegetables near the sofa. Very bad maintenance for the standard room according to me. The hot shower did not work properly. The pressure is not high enough, hence making the water wont switch to the shower head. "
