"The hotel is very nice and located in the Old Quarter close to many attractions and restaurants. It was also very convenient to be picked up for tours. The staff are very accommodating and very helpful. The hotel arranged the transport from and to the airport for very reasonable rates. The manager went out of the way and spent much time in helping us resolve the issue of an incorrect date of birth of one of the travellers on our group. The staff were always smiling and welcoming when we met them...

"Our rooms, connected 2 rooms, were very spacious. It's in front of busy street with lots of shops and restaurants yet inside the room was quiet. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. They arranged 3 tours for us and it saved our time, and we enjoyed all of them. Very friendly, professional staff. We had to leave early in the morning around 6am for our flight and they even prepared breakfast to go 😊 We would definitely stay again if we have chance to visit Hanoi."
