"My wife and I stayed for two nights. Overall, the stay was great. Service was excellent throughout, room seemed new and clean. Food was good and have no major complains. "We enjoyed the convenience we experienced in Lotte City Hotel; the convenience store, Angelinus coffee shop, close to subway stations and various restaurants. The staff were all nice and helpful. "방 크기는 작지만 있을 것이 다 있으니 불만이 없어요. 오히려 방이 작아서 아늑한 느낌이 들어 좋아요. 다만 금연 객실인데 화장실에 들어가면 환풍기에서 들어오는 담배 냄새 때문에 좋던 기분이 나빠져오. 다른 것은 흠 잡을 데가 없을 정도로 좋은데 이건 어떻게 안 되는가 봐요."

"施設は古いですが、コスパが良すぎで大満足のホテルでした。スタッフの方も丁寧で感じがよかったです。地下鉄入り口は目の前。遅くまで交通機関で出掛けても帰りの心配が必要ありませんでした。屋台や買い物、食事も夜遅くまで楽しめました。コンビニもすぐそばに何軒かあります。道路を渡ってすぐの場所に仁川空港へのリムジンバス乗り場もあります。私は、行きはA-レックス、帰りはリムジンバスを利用しました。リムジンバスはT-money か現金しか使えないので注意です。屋台も現金のみ。買い物はスーパーやコンビニでも会計時に免税手続きをしてくれるのでパスポート携帯をおすすめします。出発日の空港でも簡単にできますが時間や手間がもったいないのでその場で行うのが楽だと思います。 徒歩圏内にある黄金スパもアットホームでおすすめです。24時間営業でこちらも現金のみです。 "
