"Showing signs of wear and tear. Very poor parking facilities with very hefty charges! When someone parked next to me I could not get in the drivers door.
A lot of exterior noise from 6.00am. I was maybe unlucky with situation of room.
Bed was comfortable and breakfast adequate.
Better options in Aberdeen."

"Very central location, ease of walking or busing to local attractions. Comfortable and relaxed room, though the lighting was a bit dim. The addition of a washing/drying machine was sooo helpful! Hallways were also a bit dim. The beds were comfy, the shower was amazing! Would definitely stay there again."

"Very limiting access to building, a couple of friends were coming to see me and I had to go all way down to the entrance of the building and escort them in, because they could not get pass the lifts or locked doors. Also hotel has the self checking screens that you need to fill in with a member of staff breathing down your neck standing right in front of you. What is the point of that? Either manned the reception 24/7 or put self check-in desks, but terrible idea having it all at the reception...

"I would have rated our stay a 5 except for one issue that was not resolved to our satisfaction. The washer did not drain properly and the staff took our clothing to rewash and dry them while the machine was repaired. No one ever came to repair the machine and when my clothes were returned, they were stuffed in a laundry bag and did not appear clean.
This hotel has many levels and stairs are unavoidable. We had stayed before and knew this so not an issue. Staff was very willing to assist...
