"Love the Hilton in Barbados and have stayed there a few times but this time there was construction going on which was loud and woke us up every morning and the workout facilities were closed down for renovations. This was extremely disappointing. The staff are outstanding but the room cleaning service seemed to be short handed and our room was still not cleaned at 4:00 in the afternoon which was inconvenient as we would go back to the room to get ready for dinner and the room was not cleaned and...

"We had a wonderful stay at Sugar Bay Barbados, and one of the biggest reasons was the people. The staff truly made the experience special. Kai, Akiel, Kay, Destiny, and Devon were absolutely amazing. They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and personable. It seemed like everywhere you turned, someone was greeting you with a smile and a hello. That kind of genuine hospitality is something you can’t teach, and it speaks volumes about the...

"Perfect location, very convenient to get transportation. The staff were amazing especially in the vintage cafe and front desk. The room was nice and spacious, nicely decorated. I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. The music around the property was very pleasant. The staff on the 6th floor were excellent and attentive."

"An Unforgettable 30th Anniversary Getaway!
We recently celebrated our 30th Wedding Anniversary at the Savannah Beach Club, and our stay was nothing short of awesome. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our milestone celebration special. We were touched to find our room beautifully decorated for the occasion, complete with a complimentary bottle of champagne to kick off our stay!
The food and drinks were of a high standard—every meal was delicious, and the...

"The room was clean & tidy. There was plenty of shampoos/conditioners/body lotions & soap. Bed was super comfortable & air conditioning worked well. The staff were friendly, helpful & professional, they always were nicely dressed. Breakfast had good choices in the buffet, everything is labeled to find what you’re looking for. You can order eggs done how you like them but they don’t always mention that. Dinners (all inclusive) were very good, at least 3 choices for your main, chef’s soup/salad &...

"The internet very, very poor, not connecting in the bedroom. The toilet not flushing properly, the shower water slow draining. The place has a musty smell. This place is not suitable to be a guest house, it should be used as a hostel. I would not recommend this place as a guest house."

"The check-in was amazing - thank you for your warm welcome, Beverly! The air conditioning in the bedrooms worked great. We loved having the beach within a 3-4 minute walk from the property. The grounds itself are beautiful and well maintained. The apartment is a bit dated. However, the daily cleaning service was great! The area around the property and leading to the beach is a bit dirty. But you can't beat the value of this place! Paradise Beach is one of the very best in Barbados and to have...

"This is in regard to reservation number 73099011430246. I was at the property and there was no one there and no way to check in. There were telephone numbers on the door and I tried calling them for 2 hours but no one answered.
I ended up having to book a much more expensive place to stay tonight, as you can see in my account. I also paid $65 to get to the Melbourne Apartments from the airport so that is also a waste. Plus the Uber to get to the new place was an additional $40.
I have been...
