"Las fotos no le hacen justicia al lugar, es simplemente hermoso. Nos toco un cuarto precioso frente a la piscina en el segundo piso pero la primera noche fue incómodo por que teniamos un sliding door sin cortinas y el agua tenia un olor feo. El dueño fue muy atento, nos cambio de cuarto y el resto de los dias fueron perfectos. Disfrutamos de la piscina, tenemos fotos muy lindas y estabamos cerca de todo. Lo recomiendo si busca tranquilidad."

The staff was amazing, the food was amazing, the place was so beautiful, romantic, exquisite and unique. The beach was lovely and I'm sure to go back soon with our whole family. Probably the best resort in Mexico, it's worth every penny!"

"I was amazed by the resort & my room was beautiful, but there was a metal object protruding out from the bottom of the couch with I fell and cut my ankle on. One of the beds was permanently sunken in which was not comfortable at all & the sliding glass door didn’t lock. Other than that, my family loved it and plan to go back."

"Great experience at Playacar Palace. Staff very friendly and respectful. Always with a smile to welcome everyone. For the names I can recall... Argenis, and Juliana at the pool service and Antonio at their restaurants. Angenis and Antonio specially were very informative. Argenis was helping us with drinks at the pool area and he was able to make a drink exactly as I wanted. they go the extra mile to make sure the client has the best experience. I would definitely go back or even try other...
