"The check in is a nightmare, no staff to guide in the location, to contact is only via WhatsApp and I found out bacause someone told me. We have to pay electricity and a deposit when al ready we in advance paid in full . The electricity was on when we could enter the apartment, 30 minutes later was shut down and by 7 pm came back. "This is the property that i booked but i actually changed properties the second night. We stayed at the maple beach property it was right next to the beach, close to the excursion pickups/dropoffs. The hotel staff were nice, the hotel security was nice and helpful, the host is the same person for both properties he is amazing, very accommodating, very nice person, his communication is great, and he is very helpful. "Air conditioning didn’t work, broken sink handle, mold, mildew smell. No washcloths. No beach/pool service. Ok for quick trip. The best thing was the fondue restaurant. "

"Nous avions besoin d'un condo 2 chambres pour une nuit. Le site est très bien, propre, avec beaucoup de services à proximité ainsi que la plage. Le déjeuner compris est un plus qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable. Le condo est par contre un peu défraichi, quoique très propre et calme. Pour une nuit, c'était parfait, à 30 minutes de l'aéroport, dans Bavaro."
