"The place was full of cats! It was disgusting and I am allergic to cats, couldn't go to some of the restaurants or locations due to them. We upgraded the room and package but it was not worth it. Rooms was really hot and had to get maintenance to lower thermostat. The drinks were not good anywhere except the main bar all other places it was really cheap liquor. The restaurants only served very small portions and if you don't have a cell phone to order via QR code then you are out of luck since there is NO menu. The main buffet was very good and had a variety of food every day. Would not go there again especially when you can not explore all the properties."

I love their app for the most part I love how you can ask for thing from the app but just be okay when it comes to breakfast order it the night before or the early in the morning or you might not get it till the next day and sometimes when you order stuff it may disappear but I can’t wait to stay here again "

"El hotel lindo las playas lindas , todo hermoso … pero de personas a personas .. muchos se los Muchachos q trabajan en los carritos muy agradables cantan y lo Hace sentir bien .. pero uno me dejó botada y no m quiso llevar .. luego las personas en el buffet.. los q están en las parrillas súper agradables … pero los Que atienden más mesas es horrible atención .. no les ponen las tazas en las mesas si no no les Pone. Cucharitas y si le pide le dicen vaya agrarrrko allá …caminan enojados .. a una senorita le Pedí q nos limpiara la mesa porq se había ido los anteriores y casi q m Regaña ya va señora espere .. y conversando .. y mucha gente en kamoaivina q se quejaba conversaban pero nadie reclama "
