"The check in is a nightmare, no staff to guide in the location, to contact is only via WhatsApp and I found out bacause someone told me. We have to pay electricity and a deposit when al ready we in advance paid in full . The electricity was on when we could enter the apartment, 30 minutes later was shut down and by 7 pm came back. "We transferred to Royalton Punta Cana after a terrible experience with our original resort, and the difference was night and day. I cannot express enough appreciation and thanks for Jeifry, the front desk manager, and Claritzel in guest services for helping us feel welcomed, and assisted us with getting everything set up last minute so we could enjoy the rest of our honeymoon. "A must stay resort! I was very impressed with the property. Absolutely beautiful place. The staff was were always so friendly everywhere you went on the property. Rooms were always clean. Food was actually very good! No complaints. One minor issue, when we arrived to our room we realized our phone did not work....unfortunately we had to go to reception desk every single day to ask for a new phone. Receptionist always called someone and they would send a guy to fix it the next day..Never did....
