"I got bed bugs bites all over from staying in the angel room last night. Thankfully I didn’t bring any of my luggage inside but beware because they can hitch a ride in your luggage. Yuck"

"It's a basic room. One shower between 4. We found the room very noisy, right next to the kitchen and dining, so a lot of clattering until late. The staff at breakfast seemed more like security, checking room numbers and watching to make sure nobody took anything. Picked for the location which was to get the bus to Landmanalugger."

"We were notified by the Grindavik Guesthouse 1 day prior to our arrival that the town of Grindavik was closed due to volcanic activity. Even though the town was closed, the Grindavik Guesthouse refused to refund payment. "

"It’s hard to find someone to help even the owner lives in the same house. The kitchen is dirty, small and steep stairs to go your room, the floor and stair make noises when you walk on it. When someone goes to bathroom it wakes other people. You need go downstairs take shower"
