"Property was very new. Rooms were spacious. Outside the hotel at night can be scary. Weird thing was no outlet in the bathroom for hairdryer use. Hair dryer only blew cold air . Bed was nice and comfortable. Overall would Stay again"

"Outdated poorly maintained hotel. You had to take 2 separate elevators and walk for 10 minutes to reach your room. Sevbice elevators didnt work either They didnt honor the expedia VIP 20% in restaurant credit either, claiming that the items on meny were already discounted !!!! in toto, over priced outdated hotel with tiny rooms"

"We only stayed for one night as we were attending the Chelsea Flower Show…the staff on arrival were very helpful and kept our case safe whilst we attended the show, on our return this had been placed in our room. Room was very nice, clean and with a lovely bathroom, there was a kettle with teabags, coffee etc, just one packet of biscuits. There was some renovation work still going on which impacted on the use of the terrace which was a real shame as the courtyard was a lovely space, very...

"It was in a great location for the tube ,rail and bus .Lots of options for restaurants . The staff were all helpful and pleasant .we had a superior room with king size bed ,nice little sitting area and was clean . The air-conditioner did not get the room as cool as we liked it but it was quickly sorted out by asking for a fan .Would recommend this place to anyone ,in fact we just booked with them again ."
