When we first arrived, we were put in an accessible room - the bathroom had no barrier for the shower to allow for wheelchair access. However, this meant that there was nothing to stop the water from flowing to other areas of the bathroom. I was travelling alone on a business trip, but this was supposedly a double room and two of us in here would have been very uncomfortable. "This is the first time that we have stayed at the Conrad St.James. We had booked it mainly due to the location for our events whilst in London. We booked a King Executive room which gave us all the space to get ready with out being cramped. The bed was really comfy and the amenities in the rooms were good. Our only critique of the room is that there was no full length mirror and the only mirror to dry your hair in front of was on the wall behind the coffee machine that housed the wine and water...
