We told staff prior to arriving that we were coming early and needed an early check in and they said multiple times they were unsure if they can accommodate even though they were given ample notice. Other issues included staff giving my family member a keycard to my room without my consent, the AC not working and the staff not helping us take our bags upstairs"

"Our room was small but comfortable. There was enough for both of us to unpack and organize our belongings in drawers/shelves or on hangers behind the full length mirror. Even with that, we were able to stow our 4 bags in a cubby under the bed that was clearly designed for that purpose. We were particularly intrigued by the matching sets of controls on both sides of the bed that handled everything from room temp to light levels and whether or not we wanted housekeeping.
