"The service was exceptional from checking in to the concierge service. The staff was kind and attentive. Our room upgrade was nice, view wasn't the best, the room was nice and clean. The restaurant, bar, and coffee shop had good options. Overall we had a great experience. Location was perfect, we walked out and saw the London Eye and Westminster Bridge."

"It was an awesome stay. The room and kitchen were clean and well-equipped with all the necessary utensils and cutlery for any type of food. The kitchen was fully functional. The transportation was convenient, with a 5-minute walk to Victoria Station and the bus hub. This makes it an ideal location for any traveler. I didn’t find any negative aspects around the street, and the security was excellent. It’s a bit on the expensive side, but the location is very convenient and worthwhile. I did not take the breakfast package; it was easy to cook breakfast in the kitchen."

"Great stay in a perfect location The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Having free coffee available 24/7 was a big plus and much appreciated. The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to get around London. The room was small, but that’s expected in London, so it was perfectly fine for our needs. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would recommend it."

"Smooth check-in (upgraded room to Jnr Suite). Room freak but not perfect. The main issues being the bathroom which had flickering LED light, scruffy water damaged bath panel, poor shower water pressure and difficult to use bath/shower controls (Had to leave bathtub half full as couldn’t fathom how to operate bath plug)"
