"This was the first lodging on our SE Asia trip, and the breakfast spoiled us for the rest of our tour: so varied and delicious! We stayed in a family suite that had two rooms in one, one with a king bed and one with two twins, which is a genius idea. The rooftop pool and bar was a great place to unwind after sightseeing, and the restaurant had a delicious dinner with amazing views if Hanoi."

"Stayed here twice over a two week period and zero complaints. Place was clean, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Washer/Dryer in room was also very convenient. Will make this my go to spot to stay when in Hanoi again. 10/10!"

Saya menginap bersama suami saya dan suka bayar full payment dengan hotel.com tetapi pas hari H begitu tiba diHanoi saya diantar travel untuk ke hotel tersebut tapi diinfokan hotel full booking dan saya ditolak untuk menginap disana dengan dipindahkan ke hotel lain yang masih 1 management dengan hotel tsb. Tindakan hotel sangat tidak menyenangkan tanpa konfirmasi sebelumnya kepada saya dan saya tidak akan pernah kembali lagi ke hotel ini!!! Sungguh membuat liburan...

"We were satisfied with our 4-night stay at Vista Hotel; the family room was spacious and comfortable, the staff was attentive and kind, especially Ms. Hanah! The location was perfect as it's a bit outside of the touristy areas but close enough to all the things we wanted to visit. The only negatives were the noise coming from other guests in the staircase as the room door is not sound proof at all, and the bathroom shower not draining properly.
