"Booking this hotel was the best decision I made. From the welcoming staff all around to the delicious food at the restaurants and the clean less of the resort over all made our stay super relaxing and enjoyable. We had dinner at the Mexican restaurant and the cevicheria were our favorites. Los capitanes and waiters were very welcoming and friendly. Food was always hot and fresh. The food was very good compared to other all inclusives. Pool side service was great too. Our cups were always filled and pool side snacks were served. Over all I definitely recommend this hotel! "

"We had to change rooms, the standard room was filthy, no balcony, very dirty, with bathtub facet hanging from the tub. Really depressing. Our upgrade for the week for additional $300 was a bit better. We went somewhere else for our 2nd week. Oh and they try to sell time shares for highrise next door, they don't tell you what the sales presentation is but, if you go to it, they offer 4000 pesos in cupons, but then try to give you 2000...if your on a tight budget its ok..if you have some to spare, go somewhere else."

"Very old facility and had roaches on our room mold on shower walls and very loud people on early morning not let other guests to sleep well hotel personnel never stopped the pool party "

"Great breakfasts, nice soups and salads at lunch. Great value for the price. Staff from the bar to the front desk was great. Alfredo at the al a carte restaurant gave excellent service. Highly recommend booking there . It's a bit misleading but most dishes on the menu are not an upcharge and it's so much more relaxing than the buffet. Lack of a bathroom at the beach was a bit inconvenient but we knew that when we signed up. Super easy to catch bus to Downtown and Marina . "
