"Very very nice staff very polite. Clean room, nice beach front resort, very clean garden, clean pool. The only downside was as my husband and I walked in, we were tricked, I mean side tracked into thinking that the lady that was in front of hotel with bellboy was actually checking us in and she mentioned she was going to tell us about the amenities of the resort. And bang! We fell into the 90 minutes conversation about buying into the Sheraton timeshare. We told them we weren’t interested after...

"Wow! What can I say? Amazing! There are SO MANY pools, including adults only pools. Not sure if it’s like this all the time, but there were plenty of pool chairs available. Although I will say that if you want to be on the edge of the big pool, you have to go by breakfast time to snag a seat. They don’t let people reserve for longer than 30 minutes though, so it all seems pretty fair. Food is expensive, but I think that’s to be expected. I’m guessing there’s better food off property as well....

"I don’t even know where to start, this has been by far my best hotel experience and I consider myself a well traveled persons staying at luxurious resorts all over the world. The property 10/10, the cleanliness 20/10, the food 30/10 and most of all the staff 1000/10. Don’t hesitate when it comes to booking this resort and make sure ask for your ambassadors to be Cesar and Rafael."

"Excelente opcion para hospedarte si buscas un descanso comfortable todo incluido. El unico detalle es que el hotel indica que cuenta con gimnasio pero no te dice que no esta incluido en tu hospedaje y el costo es de $200 por 90 min."
