"La atención que recibí durante mi estancia en el hotel Mundo Maya del aeropuerto Tulum fue excelente, los desayunos, comida buffet y a la carta me encantaron en cuanto a preparación , sabor y variedad, habitaciones muy limpias y reconfortantes para un buen descanso, me tocó una habitación con terracita al jardín donde disfrute los atardeceres con un rico café."

"Wonderful hostess. Lovely cenote, it is slightly busy during the day as the Cenote is shared by 4 establishments. In the morning and evenings it is peaceful. The grounds and the yoga room were serene. No AC was fine in April. Lots of mosquitoes. The bed nets helps but the screened porch doe not keep them out. Keep in mind this is at the end of the hotel zone so it takes 25-45min to get here from the main intersection with the Tulum traffic. Overall if you are looking for glamping experience,...

"Pros: Price. Nice and quiet rooms . Potable water stations on each level. The concierge, Nick, was always accessible. Cons: A little rustic. Flooring on the upper deck needs painting and some attention to repair and reinforcing. Shower water runs cold. Not wheelchair accessible. No elevator. Passage to suites is dark and not paved."

"Had an amazing stay at MIA. The location is perfect—right on the beachfront—with a great-sized pool and genuinely friendly staff (special shoutout to Anna!). One of the highlights was the beachside massage setup—super relaxing and thoughtfully done. Our room had stunning views of both the ocean and pool, and falling asleep to the sound of the waves was just incredible. The bathroom was spacious and laid out well. Overall, such a serene and memorable experience—I’d absolutely come back."
