The rooms are old, they have doors and locks that don’t work but more importantly they have ants and cockroaches. We had ants almost daily and a cockroach crawled across my chest. The first day we didn’t receive any cleaning services. The next days we had ants and they had to spray everyday until they moved us on our last night at 10:30 pm to a cockroach on me. They put you at a different resort which is an adult only with loud music and parties…we got lost twice at night because we could not find where we were actually staying..it was called BETU. Mosquitos bit me all night. Could not sleep. When I discovered everything had been misrepresented and asked to leave and get a refund they denied my request but gave someone else a free night. They have a party for local clubbers and give them free waters and drinks but...

"Excellent location with beach access, we did not mind the “all sand” pathways, the beach as in all of Tulum and the Caribbean is covered with seaweed, but is still nice for a long walk, parking and restaurant on the premises are very convenient and the food is excellent. We had a large room with ocean view a kitchen, ample bathroom and a balcony. We loved it."
