"The room was cozy, the outdoor Onsen was fantastic. We love the privacy and the Mountain View. The staff was well trained and extremely helpful, especially the food servers. We enjoyed every moment of our two night stay. One issue that can be improved is the lack of a shuttle service for the guests. "Had a great stay here, the staff is very friendly and patient as most communication is via google translate, and they are very good at making sure your stay is pleasant, especially for first time ryokan visitors. "This property was the best Ryoken hotel I've ever stayed at! The manager helped us get to Kawaguchiko station to start our hike on Mt.Fuji and provided us breakfast to go ❤️!
