The property was beautiful and the sheets, towels shower etc of excellent quality. The ownets were only available by Whatsapp but were quick to respond to our questions. I was disappointed that the room was not serviced at all during our stay. I hadn't been clear about this when we booked.

Fint værelse/studio i to etager med fantastisk placering midt i Marais. Rent, hyggeligt og placeret øverst oppe -så fint med elevator. Taget var ikke helt tæt, så der var lidt dryp og fugtskader på loftet, men intet reelt problem for os.

Stayed here for 2 nights and would absolutely stay again on my next trip to Paris. The apartment was spacious, very clean, quiet, and in an amazing location near the market, with great boulangeries, coffee shops, restaurants, and wine bars nearby. The windows opened up nicely, which kept the apartment cool during my stay, and the heating worked great as well. The bathroom was also surprisingly spacious by Paris standards, and having an elevator was a huge plus. The luggage storage was incredibly convenient since my train left later in the day. The bed was comfortable, though a little firm for my taste. A foam topper would make it even better. Access was very easy to the building and apartment. The apartment had everything I needed for a really comfortable stay.

We loved the Studio 11 apartment at Le Marais. The location was perfect, quiet enough street that you don't feel bombarded by noise and traffic walking out the door, but close enough to everything that you have coffee, a bakery, and a mini market just around the corner, along with metro stations in close walking distance. The apartment was extremely clean, even the drawers in the kitchenette had clearly been wiped down inside. It was nice having a little fridge and dishwasher to be able to have some light meal items there. Bed was comfortable, the blackout drapes were nice. Hairdryer worked perfectly. The luggage storage was nice for when we arrived so that we didn't have to drag our bags around for hours before check-in.

Laundry facilities were good and room was big. Location was quite inconvenient, about a 30 mins walk to Lourve and even further to Eiffel Tower. Uber took a while too due to traffic. Building does not seem well maintained. There is a lift however it shakes before stopping.

3rd night of our stay there was a mouse in the apartment. I called the receptionist 5 times over the course of 2.5 hours & each time she stated that management would call me back in a few minutes. Management called me after two hours & offered a lengthy apology but stated that there was nothing that they could do until the morning. I moved hotels as a result. Second morning, I woke up to no hot water in the bathroom. The first night there there was not a set of sheets for the pullout couch where my son was planning to sleep. Again, management said they would be by in the morning. However, unfortunately that meant my son spent the night curled up in a ball shivering. The maintenance technician that came on two occasions was incredibly kind & thorough. The manager however, although they ended up providing me with a refund, was non-responsive, made promises unkept, and required repeated reminders to address the issues I experienced.

The one thing I wish I had been more careful to consider was the lack of air conditioning in the unit, but that is a Paris thing and out of the control of this exceptional property. Great location and fantastic space. Strong recommend.

I asked for a portable fan because the property has no air conditioning and no airflow. There was one window only to the apartment and the heat was extreme. I was told I could not get an extra fan. Before I arrived I was told in writing that I would get clean towels daily. When I asked for fresh towels given I stayed 6 nights I was told to use the laundry room to wash the towels as they were not providing daily fresh towels. The kitchen was clean and neat. The bathroom was clean. The pull out couch was not clean when extended.

Nice studio and great location. However, beware that there is no AC. So it is not a great option for the summer in Paris. The staff was cordial but not helpful. My flight was arriving at 8 am from the US, and they didn’t prioritize cleaning so I could check in a little bit earlier like any hotels would do or even Airbnb sometimes. I ve told them early in that I would need to leave a couple days earlier and checked if they could change my booking and try to get another guest. They had zero flexibility for that as well, didn’t even try. It would be an amazing place with a better customer service. I will not come back personally.

The room itself was fine, a weird smell but all in all nicely laid out and well equipped. The issue for me was the lack of air-conditioning, when you have a 3rd floor apartment with the bed in the eves it really does need to have a way pf cooling down. it was unbearable and i left a day early and had to pay for anther place from my own pocket. one eve the insode of the room was 34 degrees.
