"This hotel is new and designed very well. Bed & pillows was very comfortable. Great choice of selection of food specially breakfast. Staff was very friendly, helpful and welcoming and made our stay very special, even decorated our room for our anniversary and left us a gift and a card. "The Balisani is a lovely hotel our room was fantastic, nice and spacious. Would be great if they had a coffee machine and barista. this was a downfall for us as we would have to walk down to beach or up to main street. Would have been great to have at breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a pleasant walk to main street, and to find other restaurants around and also for shopping. Hotel was great Seminyak just not for me, too busy"

"很明顯他們的員工不夠，訓練也不夠，員工服務非常慢，從來沒住過這麼遭的五星級飯店。 我們帶著兩個小孩抵達飯店時沒有人出來拿行李，我進去找人才有一個女服務生推著車出來，但是他完全幫不上忙，只站在旁邊看著。 櫃檯只有一個人在服務，沒有人指引要去哪裡辦理入住。 我們在房間點了一份炒麵也是等了40分鐘。 我需要一個嬰兒座椅在房間，等了20分鐘來了一個人說要幫我整理嬰兒床，我說我需要的是嬰兒座椅，再等20分鐘才來。一張座椅要等40分鐘？ 當你需要飯店的服務時都要等很久，我們對於Pullman感到非常失望，我絕不會再去也不會推薦朋友去住"
