"We stayed at the Palmview Creole Garden 7/18-7/21. I highly recommend the cottages and property. We had a wonderful time! The beach chairs and umbrella were in great condition, high quality and very convenient. The bikes were as well and we had great times riding them around the island. We had a couple of small issues but they were quickly resolved by the attentive staff. The cottage was perfect in size for the 3 of us and the kitchen and amenities in it were enough to cook things. "Both the staff and resort were wonderful. Very clean place. Staff at the hotel, restaurants and pool were all very sweet and helpful. Would highly recommend this resort for families as the units are spacious, have full kitchens, and an outdoor screened in porch. The only negative was that the beach chairs are not included in the stay. You would need to rent them daily or by the week or get your own beach chairs and umbrellas from a local shop and bring them to the beach. Even with that...

"The pool/beach area was amazing! The poolside service was awesome. My only concern was me a senior and friend staying with me a senior were assigned a 4 th floor room with no elevator. It took almost an hour to find a space that had an elevator. Jared the security guy was so helpful. Then for check out the system evidently had an issue and tried to charge me for what I had paid for on Expedia. Loved the resort not the service or convenience "
