Hotel Murah di Stanwell

"★☆☆☆☆ – A Distressing Experience I Would Never Wish on Another Traveller I booked this property through Expedia for one night and, before travelling, emailed the owners several times to explain that I would be arriving with my trained psychiatric assistance dog. Every email was ignored. Had they simply replied before I travelled, I would have cancelled my booking and stayed elsewhere. Instead, I travelled to the property alone with four suitcases, only to be told on arrival, "We don't allow...

"The host is an amazing person. Really take care of every detail. The breakfast was way better than any luxurious hotel, because also was having a kindly touch. My husband and I were happy. Obviously there are not “elevator” to take big luggage at the second floor, but it was worth the effort. 😉"

"No entiendo como tienen licencia para correr como hotel, es una pesadilla, Kelly la mujer que atiende es una pesadilla, grosera, en la parte de abajo del hotel es un Pub, baje a comprar una bebida (Coke) y estaban agresivos conmigo preguntado que quería ? Estaban muy ebrios, siempre hay gente ebria, lugar muy sucio, horrible, desagradable, la peor experiencia de mi vida!!!!!"

"Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds."

"Great location. Superior room extremely small and hot. Facilities in room good , bed & pillows comfortable. Lift not working so major congestion and multiple stops. Staff on entrance and check in friendly and helpful. Queue to breakfast long and not managed. Told to avoid between 8.30-10am!! Not helpful when on holiday. Had appointment so time pressure ,did have as small breakfast in another room eventually but did not cover the price paid. Because of this ask for money back for second days...

"helpfull"

"First time staying at this hotel. I was impressed with the property. Looked new, modern, and clean. Room a bit small but that’s par for the course in Europe. Great bathroom and shower. And similar to other reviews, great location in Westminster by Victoria Station. And very good and extensive breakfast buffet (included free)."

"They were completely terrible. Woeful cusomter service"

"disappointing for a five star hotel. We stayed for 6 nights across t separate visits. Unfortunately, the service feel short fo vie star expections. The conditioner dispenr was broker and the staff who rplaced it left the bathroom dirty. Our room was not cleasn b"

"Although early check-in was offered and I received confirmation that it was accepted when I arrived at the hotel, we were told it was subject to availability. If this is the case, don't even send multiple emails offering these options. The staff person who checked us in was not helpful. Did not offer us multiple key cards and was very dismissive."

"Great location and great price. Found it weird that Humphrey’s bar closed at 10 pm just as we got back from theatre"

"amazing staff, spacious rooms that are beautifully decorated and i barely heard anyone in the next rooms over. would definitely stay here again!"

"Alles super!"

"Beautiful hotel. Delicious food. Staff was great"

"We checked in late night, sadly they have no room for the type of room that I have paid. I paid for executive room and the manager said that they are overbooked hence, can only give me a standard room (thats the only room left for that day). Helllowww, I have prepaid all my rooms and yet the hotel gave my room to someone who paid even lesser than me. The manager said things happened and it is better next time to book direcly with the hotel, not via third party. So I told them, that is not an...
