"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."

"We loved the breakfast and kick back! Unfortunately, our room had some issues, the air conditioner dripped water the whole time and the tile floor was pretty much always wet, and our sink was stopped up and slow draining. We also enjoyed the pool!"

"A quite location just a few blocks away from all the busy! Breakfast was wonderful and staff was so friendly and wanting to help with everything! The room was spacious and modern and very cozy beds! We will be back! Thank you for being wonderful hosts!"

"I absolutely loved the location and the hotel! It’s definitely one of the nicer hotels if you’re looking for cleanliness, as it’s just a short walk to Canal Street and the French Quarter (if you’re up for some walking). The hotel is always hosting events, so it’s lively during respectable hours. And the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating!"

"Connecting with the Black Swan management staff for my stay at the luzianne was a bit difficult. Texting doesn't work and the number available just rings. However the apartment was beautiful. Linens and towels were great. Wish the towel rack by the sink and the toilet paper holder weren't ripped out of the walls- like come on guys you need to fix that! Great location for the Convention center and easy to get a few things from local markets as needed. Overall I'd probably look to stay at this...

"Super walkable location, nice 2-bedroom accommodations with one bathroom and balcony. Quiet hours help, but sounds travels easily between units. Make note there is no dedicated parking."
