Pros:
- The staff were very professional and all except one knew English.
- Having a reception allowed me to order things online and have it delivered
- This accommodation was in a very convenient location: there were 2 train stations minutes away, dozens of restaurants within 5 minutes walk, and Akihabara within 10 minutes walk
- The console next to the bed controlling the lights made it very convenient when falling asleep.
Cons:
- There was a smokey smell every evening which penetrated the room. I wasn't sure what it was (whether it's other guests smoking or the restaurant downstairs) but it lasted for hours and I could smell it despite my doors being closed and my room being on level 8. There was some kind of air treatment machine in the room which I tried using as well but it did not seem to do much about the smokey smell
- Despite being on level 8, I could hear traffic very well since those noises tended to reverberate between the building and the adjacent one
- The washing machine in the hotel worked fine but the drying machine was next to useless as my clothes remained damp despite having dried it for an hour
