Outdated but comfortable.

Lobby and facilities are very stylish but the rooms themselves look like they're a bit in the past. A/C and room light controls are on a single panel on a nightstand, light switches are very unclear. Few outlets to charge electronics by the bed themselves. In-room water boiler is very small, but interesting to use. The actual hotel is a little confusing to get to from the nearest station. I would recommend this hotel for it's location to restaurants and public transportation.

コストパフォーマンスの良いホテル

とても快適でした。今後も利用したいです。お安くてダブルで部屋も広くシングル料金でした。品川駅よりも近く立地がいいし夜ホテル内で和食レストランへ。とても美味しく満足しました。朝食は窓際でゆったりと癒されました！コロナ対策でトレーでしたが満足です。スタッフの方が来てくださるだけでありがたいですとお声くださり応援したい気持ちです。

立地は最高です

立地は最高です、大阪からの訪問でした。新幹線にも飛行機にも利用に便利な品川駅が大変近く周辺は、ファストフードからレストランまでお食事にも全く困りません。1階？にコンビニがあったのも助かりました。フロントの方の接客も基本的には良かったのです。が、１つだけ。。宿泊税の徴収漏れがあった為チェックアウト時にお支払い下さいと丁寧にお詫びの言葉と共に書かれたメッセージがありました。徴収漏れなんて、ミスは誰にでもありますし、もちろん必要な支払いはするつもりでフロントに行き、メッセージを提示、支払う旨を伝えました。しかし、当日のフロントの方はお詫びの一言もなしに『あ、そうですね、◯◯円です』の一言。。安い金額でしたし、文句を言うのも恥ずかしいですが、 最後の最後にガッカリした対応でした。私自身接客に就いている為厳しく見てしまうのかもしれませんが。。

東海道新幹線を利用する場合、東京駅の混雑とは違いスムーズに乗り降り出来るので、品川に宿泊します。今回初めてこのホテルを利用しました。駅に近くて便利。チェックイン前、チェックアウト後にはホテル内の無料ロッカーが使える事も良かったです。部屋の広さも丁度良く、バスタブも大きめでゆっくり出来ました。次回も東京へ訪れる際には利用したいと思います。

エグゼクティブの高層階にアサインされました。とても静かで清潔な部屋でした。チェックアウトを１時間延長をお願いしたところ快諾していただけました。 １時間２０００円とのことでしたが、１５分後にチェックアウトのお時間です、との電話があり、延長した旨を伝えてあるはずなのにスタッフ間で情報共有がされていないようでした。ちょっと不信感を抱きました。 予定通りの時刻にチェックアウト精算機で精算したところ４０００円の料金を支払いました。事前説明の１時間２０００円とは何だったのでしょうね。
