"Overall, this is a great hotel. The staff is professional, attentive, and genuinely courteous. Architecturally, the property is stunning, and it’s kept spotless every single day. The spa is a must—skipping it would honestly feel like missing part of the experience.
The food overall was good, though Scena wasn’t our favorite. That said, we tried all the restaurants, and that one just didn’t stand out to us—others might feel differently.

"En general el servicio del personal fuè excelente pero tuve que pedir que me cambiaran de habitación porque tenía un olor bien fuerte a humedad y a la que me cambiaron también pero un poco menos. O sea el problema al parecer es en todas las habitaciones. En el restaurante buffet la variedad, apariencia y sabor de las comidas eran regular. Los restaurantes de especialidad fueron excelentes de igual manera el area de las piscinas. "

"Cons: Bathroom was dirty, shower head was broken, the entertainment staff were terrible. They didn’t engage anyone into doing anything, didn’t participate in 92% of activities, some of the staff were insanely rude. There was a roach that ran past the spice restaurant table, and staff don’t know how to handle complaints. At check out they asked me about the urine that we found on the toilet, why you asking me at check out?
Pros: minus the roach, food was good. Plenty of pool space, family...
