"Beautiful location and great proximity to Xcaret park. However, you can tell they are short staffed in some areas and by the end of the night they might be overwhelmed or tired to follow through with any requests. The food was ok. Would still come back with the family."

"The pool is great. The staff is great. The property is beautiful. Everything is very clean. The new decor is very nice. There is no door to separate the room from the tub. The shower floor is extremely slippery! Be very careful! I requested two specific rooms, next to each other. I was given the room numbers I requested BUT was not told they changed to sequence of numbers, therefore did NOT get the rooms I wanted. Also, expected to be on the Riviera side (which was supposed to be done by my check in) but was put in the Sunset side. The buffets are very small, not like they used to be with No fun theme nights. Not enough bar staff. The staff driving the little trolly on property are the fantastic! Hope you all are lucky enough to have Bernie as your driver! I have been to this resort 6 times and will continue to return with a knowledge to lower my expectations. Just not the same. "

"Beware of the undercooked bacon for breakfast at Liberti. Two mornings with undercooked bacon and two lunches with undercooked pork chops. Bed in 456 is very firm and dirty. Sliding glass door is old and fogged over blocking a nice ocean view. Husband got sick from the food. I waited on a pizza for over an hour and a half at the bar and it never came. We checked out two days early and would not recommend."

"As avid travelers, we can appreciate a great experience. This was hands down the best all-inclusive we have ever been to. Everything was spotless, the service was impeccable and the staff was super friendly: Omar, Miguel, Anturo, Joanna, Pedro, Carmen, Gabriella, to name a few. The restaurants and servers were all fantastic. Seriously didn’t have one bad meal nor one bad server. They are attentive and want to make great memories for you. Already planning to be back."
