"ターミナル５からヒースロー・ポッドに乗って、ホテルへ移動しました。思った以上にヒースロー・ポッドが速く、快適に到着できましたが、降りてからホテルに入るまでが、わかりづらく少し手こずってしまいました。 部屋も十分きれいで快適でした。 歩いて５分ほどの場所にマクドナルドがあり、大変助かりました。雰囲気も接客もよい店舗でした。 朝食は、飛行機を近くで見ることができるレストランで、飛行機好きとしては大変満たされる場所でした。朝食の種類は多くありませんが、清潔で美味しくいただくことができ満足です。スタッフも親切なので、ターミナル５を使用する場合はまた利用したいと思います。"

"Gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes Personal, super Anbindung an U-Bahn, 15 Minuten zu Fuß an die Tower Bridge. Die Zimmer sind klein und es gibt wenig Ablage für Kleidung, was aber für uns nicht schlimm war. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt."

I was nervous about the small elevator. The staff in the cafeteria was very nice. As we had early flights, they packed the breakfast for us. "Staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming. The room was clean but so small! We’d booked a “cozy” room with a window but we are not large people and even unpacking entailed contortions, the space was so small. Also had to go down/up half a staircase to reach our room/the elevator, not fun with our luggage."
