"The bathroom, bin had not been emptied when I got there. Had the room even been cleaned? I just used the bedroom bin instead. However, on the second day there was a small leak from the corner of the loo. It looked like it had happened before, due to a bit of mould on the sealant from the same place. I reported it then (am) to a woman on reception who said she would refer it to maintenance. I got back to the room at about 11pm (expecting it fixed), there had been no attempt to fix the leak....

"Simple room but convenient from Terminal 5 (either by pod or local bus). Staff is very nice and helpful, small shop for amenities, good breakfast. Room was small but functional (used twice this trip, once as a day stop and once overnight). Generally clean although there was a leftover glass from room service outside our room when we checked in. The additional locks on the room didn't work which made me feel less secure, but overall convenient and would stay there again."

"I asked several times in advance for early check in coming in with young kids. We waited 3 hours in the lobby and asked multiple times before getting a room. The room does not have a lot of amenities, the shower isn't really kid friendly, there is one shampoo/body wash mix that doesn't even pump. For a room that has multiple beds for Families, it didn't seem family friendly. The Breakfast had variety but was not Good at all. Nothing was properly eatne by any of us."

"The room was certainly 'cosy' - no clear access around the whole bed. Paid extra for a room with a window but we could only actually see out of half of the window. No tea/coffee facilities in room and limited bar selection at reception. Nice garden area if you wanted to sit outside. Although we didn't have breakfast, the selection seemed limited considering the price."

"Avoid if London is hot as there is no air in the hotel. Avoid if you have any mobility issues because there is no elevator and stairs are extremely narrow and steep.
