Cari Hotel di Louisiana

"This is a beautiful historic hotel in a great location in the French Quarter. The staff was excellent. There were a couple of problems like a missing shower curtain and a mattress that sunk in the middle. It was a bit pricy. But overall recommended."

"Check in was a disappointment. The young girl who checked us in was very rude, and acted like it was a bother to have to wait on us. She was not only rude, but she was also stretching across the counter like she was tired and was ready to go, mind you it was about 3pm. My daughter checked in with the other lady next to her and her experience was pleasant. We had the same attitude with the lady that gave us out Players Card, she was not polite at all - not even because we were trying to be...

"No hot water for shower, they also charged me additional $28 for fees, because it was booked via Expedia, and Expedia did not inform me with these hidden fees , I like to request for a refund."

"Hotel was centrally located.. easy access. Would stay there again."

"Great places staff was awesome clean rooms"

"Never cleaned my room"

"Love every bit of the stay"

"They need to improve their parking service. No one knew where my car was!"

"Didn't care that you had to pay for a bottle of water that's in the room."

"Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. However, we did not know that room service was every other day and needed more towels. We were there 4 nights and only had room service one day. Breakfast was good. The complimentary Happy Hour on Wednesdays was a nice surprise. Location was great. Close enough to everything yet far enough from the noise."

"Absolutely terrible. Will never stay or recommend this place. For the price its a disgrace. The only nice ppl working here is the older guy helping with luggage and the cleaning ladies. Everyone else is RUDE, crabby or glued to a phone. Rooms are small, ours had multiple issues, like the toilet that didnt flush, shower was broken and we had a giant 3 inch roach the nice cleaning lady killed for us. Our room keys stopped working not once, not twice, NOT THREE TIMES... FOUR TIMES!!!! Only...

"Great Hotel to stay at! Close to all the attractions! Clean and very comfortable! Best of the Best!"

"The staff was beyond helpful, at check in they helped carry our bags up the stairs to our room."
