No lo reserven

Una terrible experiencia en familia, aqui vez habitaciones que no existen fotos que no son. Realmente compre algo con engaños. En hotel no es hotel. Esta fatal no hay nadie no te recibe nadie no hay toallas rollo wifi clima tele nada. El lugar donde esra establecido no esta diseñado para hotel. Eran como oficinas y que las hicieron hotel. No tenia agua cuando esruvimos. Que mal que hoteles.com lo anuncie y que no sea real.

Terrible

It looks like an office building adapted to be a cheap hotel. The reception was terrible with a lack of maintenance, we didn't have water in the bathroom and in poor condition with parts falling apart. The first room they put us in was worst, it didn't have the for the door till we complained. All the posted pictures seems to be old. It was a terrible experience

Não tem recepcionista, tem que ligar para alguém aparecer, a entrada eh escura, os quartos não tem água mineral para beber, nem toalhas ou cobertor. A água do chuveiro mal cai. Se escolher para pagar lá só aceitem em dinheiro e somente em pesos. Não gostei.

First thing is we asked the girl at the front desk(she was not there had to look for her for 10 min) to arrange for taxi in the morning to take us to the airport. She asked us to pay 200 peso which we did. Get up wait outside no taxi came! Called the girl said it would be there in a few minutes but the taxi never came had to wave one down off the street. This girl stole 200 peso from us plain and simple. The place was full of giant cockroaches. Had to wait 15 minutes for toilet paper, no TV, internet very poor couldn't use was to weak of signal. The hotel itself is very hard to find. the Taxi that brought us tot the airport had a very hard time finding it. The place looks like an old hospital of office building that they're trying to remodel. The door handle fell of on the inside of the suite had to just hold it on to get out. It dropped on the floor when I closed the door. Maybe they will fix it now. Terrible place to stay over all very bad with the way the front desk girl stoled our 200 peso.

The bathroom light was not working, there was not hot water for the shower, they didn't have towels, and they didn't have soap for the bathroom.

Beyond horrible

The hotel should not be listed on your site. It is located behind an unrelated security stand, no street view so it already was sketchy. We didn’t knows where to go as there was no sign just a man yelling at us, “hotel?”. They let us leave our luggage there for sole but had co enter to put it bit in the click in room in a corner. No one else was at the hotel so it was safe enough but was left out in the open when we returned they e us pay in cash. They quoted us a price that was double what was on your website, we said no and showed him the price on your website, then he said ok and came down a little. The rooms did not have basic items such as garbage cans, towels, shampoo/conditioner, working lights in the bathroom…There were missing outlet covers, broken furniture, stained sheets that were not tucked in, no comforters, and only one pillow per double bed. The last straw was bugs all over the bed. We tried to get the money we’d paid 10 minutes earlier when we checked in and they said no, your website would return our money. You refused. Run from this hotel. Do not be fooled because of the proximity to the airport and cheap price, it’s NOT worth it and should be removed from your site.

No water. No room key. Not recommended.

This property did not feel safe. There was no water in the room. I was not provided a room key— I was told my door was propped open, which it was. The parking lot of this hotel is a rental car/airport shuttle parking lot. I would not book this again, even if it was the ONLY available bed in all of Cancùn.

Ya lo comenté anteriormente, en la recepción no había nadie y dijeron que la entrada era a las 3 y aquí en la aplicación dice a las 2 y a las 2 llegué y me hicieron esperar por que ellos dijeron que a las 3 el cuarto no tenía papel de baño y eso es una falta de respeto y en la aplicación me decía que tenía televisión de 30 y tantas pulgadas y tampoco había televisión y si el precio es bajo pero era solo para pasar una noche en lo que salía el avión pero es el colmo que pase todo lo que ya comenté

La experiencia fue terrible, llegué con mis ďos hijos y mi esposa al hotel de noche después de un largo viaje. En recepción me dijeron que no tenía reservación cuando tres días antes la hice y pagué. El trato fue grotesco, feo y violento. Me dijeron que no había habitaciones y que debía desalojar las instalaciones. Cuando llamé a expedia, ni el gerente ni recepción contestaron las llamadas en nuestra cara. Nos dijeron que teníamos que buscar otro hotel a las 10 de la noche. Al final nos asignaron una habitación sin asear, sucia, sin toallas, jabón, papel de baño. Insisto NUNCA reserven este hotel. Tengo evidencias del maltrato y de la habitación que nos dieron que era donde dormían los empleados del hotel.

Con el simple hecho de como fue mal educado el de la recepción cuando por telefono le hablé, ni hice uso de mi reserva. El que contesta el telefono te habla como si estuvieras haciendo un favor. Atención pésima, grosero, mal educado.

There was absolutely no water in the room. no water in the sink, no water in the shower, and the toilet didn’t flush. the bedsheets were dirty. the name of the hotel is a load of crap. the hotel is located 3 miles away from the airport & the taxi cost us $60 each way. we ended up moving out the same night we moved in because of how unsafe we felt. the locks didn’t lock properly. made us believe that the whole hotel was just a scam and that we were going to get robbed at night as soon as it would get dark outside

The hotel I have tonight is an absolute disaster. The water sprays all over the bathroom floor from the toilet when the shower is on. The toilet doesn’t flush. I have a bucket for that. And the woman didn’t get a remote for the a/c in the room until after an hour of me being there. I go to get in the shower and there are no towels. I have to then get dressed to go ask for a towel. The hot water lasted less than a minute. And not to mention the black mold in the closet.
