staff were great ,rooms were clean ,if you're gonna be out all day ,this is the place ,is within 10 minutes of all beaches in Cancun and alll major tourist attractions but the best part is super cheap you can't beat it.is a simple room with a nice bed , bathroom,ac,tv for the price it's great .would recommend if you just want a bed and a bathroom and are gonna be exploring Cancun

Parking is barely available. Good location to walk to several good restaurants. This is right in the middle of a roundabout, it’s LOUD all day and night. I suggest bringing foam ear plugs, not joking, it’s THAT LOUD. Asked to move rooms and was denied. Hot water 10 minutes to get warm enough for tepid shower.

i like staying at this clean hotel. its close to the city areas and also tourist restaurant areas. and also the main mall. all walkable or short drives. parking is tricky but there is space.

Ok for a budget short trip

The hotel is relatively well located which is a positive if you want to walk to city center, but due to the missing sound insulation also a negative as there's quite some traffic at night. Staff was friendly and helpful, offered to help with luggage several times. Since the hotel doesn't have an elevator, help with heavy luggage is really appreciated. Parking is available just outside the hotel with few places reserved only for the hotel. Cleanliness and condition not 100% perfect, but for a 2** budget hotel acceptable. Wifi rather OK for simple tasks.

Nice affordable hotel. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars, I took the bus down the hotel zone many times they run constantly and its less than 20 pesos. Nothing fancy but got the job done.

This was the absolute worst hotel I have ever stayed. If I could give it a negative rating below zero I would First of all when I got there 3 hours earlier before check in, the manager refused to let me use the bathroom. She didn't even offer an early check in didn't speak any English. Totally rude! The room had one mirror which was above the sink that is it... one small mirror. The water was turned off at night but the worst thing about this place was the horribly loud traffic noise. When I complained they didn't offer me another room. I went there for dental surgery and I needed to rest. I had reserved 10 days but I couldn't stay there. Since they didn't offer me another room I left on the second day yet they charged me 8 days for services not rendered since I didn't stay there and refuse to give me a refund stating I should've canceled the 1st night. Its them that should've canceled any more charges since I left. I am livid. YOU NEED TO GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY, BOK21. And get rid of that manager.

i didnt enjoy the stay at the hotel it was very noisy all day and night the car noise and motor cycle its like you sleeping outside the old cleaning lady was nice and she did what she can to keep the room clean but the sheet and pillows and stan markers on them the was something new for me to see and experience the WIFI was very slow and keep disconnecting and once i contact the staff or the owner the msged me on WhatsApp he said he never had the experience before and wrote everything in capital latter like am suppose to care with these lies i go and look at the reviews of the hotel and every problem i stated was the same problem people were having then he wanted to charge me an extra day when i was out at 7 am for my flight if you get the room facing the street you wont be able to sleep i had to get anther place for the last 5 days of my trip it was really a waste of money this hotel for and was not happy with it are their staff at all DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE

I think that you’re getting exactly what you pay for at this property. The walls are all dinged up and the floors haven’t been swept or mopped in the rooms, the wall you share with the street is more like a garage door so every single sound comes through. The beds are rock hard but the bedding was clean. Shower had gaps and gashes in the tiles and the fixtures are rusting. Doesn’t seem to have an elevator so expect stairs to your room-as well as to enter the building itself. Front desk was kind and helped me with my bags. Small waters and granola bars were offered to guests in the lobby as well as a coffee area both in the rooms and the lobby. The Wi-Fi was very in and out and worked periodically. No landlines to make calls at the hotel. Worked in a pinch but would never stay for an extended period of time.

La habitación tenía cortinas muy cortas, por lo que entraba mucha luz tanto de día como de noche, justo frente a la cama. Esto hizo que no pudiera descansar bien. Además, tocaron mi puerta muy temprano en la mañana porque pensaban que mi salida era ese día, cuando en realidad salía al día siguiente, así que me despertaron innecesariamente. El baño tampoco estaba limpio al llegar y tuve que pedir que lo volvieran a limpiar. Por último, la vista de la habitación era muy desagradable. En general, la experiencia no fue buena y no cumplió con lo esperado.
